As well as providing clients with oral advocacy, drafting and advice in relation to all forms of disputes, barristers at Atkin Chambers also provide advisory and drafting services at earlier stages. While the majority of the work relates to disputes or possible future disputes, advice is regularly provided in respect of contract formation.

Both barristers and door tenants of Atkin Chambers accept appointments as arbitrators, mediators and adjudicators. Appointments may be made by the parties or by nominating bodies. Our members are also approached to provide expert evidence on English law, usually in foreign proceedings.
